Why might you see amenorrhea in a prolactinoma?
Prolactin inhibits GnRH (thus inhibits FSH and LH secretion)

Arachnoid membrane and CSH herniate, compresses pituitary gland
What is the difference between nephrogenic or central diabetes insipidus?
Central - due to ADH deficiency
Nephrogenic- due to kidneys not responding to ADH
Common cause of SIADH?
Ectopic ADH production by a tumor (small cell lung carcinoma)
