1. Not act as a required flight crew member if knows or has reason to know of any medical condition that would make the person unable to meet requirements for the medical certificate necessary.
2. Is taking medication or other treatments for medical condition that results in the person unable to operate.

Proficiency is based on you being able to easily operate the aircraft and in the conditions.
Current is you meeting the legal minimums to operate the aircraft.
