SIC < 100 hours in type (incl. IOE)
Conditions in which the PIC must make all takeoffs and landings

At Special PIC Qualification airports (FAA or SkyWest)
- Visibility <= 3/4 mile
- RVR <= 4000 feet
- Runway is wet or contaminated
- BA < good or RCC 5, or less
- Crosswinrd > 15 knots
- Windshear reported in the vicinity of the airport
- Any other condition determined by the PIC

At least one pilot (PIC or SIC) must have at least 74 hours in tyoe.

High Mins Captain (PIC with less than 100 hours in type)
A
- Increase MDA/DH 100 feet and 1/2 mile (or RVR equivalent) visibility.
- The 100 hours may be reduced by up to 50% by substituting 1 landing for 1 hour of PIC of another type airplane in part 121 operations.
- CAT II minimums not authorized
- No change to alternate minimums derivation, however actual approach minimums must be >= 300 feet and 1 mile; or, the approach must be a CAT 1 ILS.
