The range of movement in a joint; the ability to move fluently from action to action.
Strength
The ability of the muscles to withhold or resist a force.
Stamina
The ability to maintain levels of physical and mental energy overtime.
Extension
The ability to elongate the limbs or muscles.
Isolation
Manipulating one body part separately from the rest.
