health and skill related
refer to physical attributes which enable a person to cope with the requirements of daily living such as cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength and endurance, flexibilty, and BMI
health related component
physical abilities that show potential for good performance in certain skills like running speed, agility, reaction time, balance, adn coordination
skill related component
the body’s relative amount of fat to fat free mass
Body composition
BMI= weight (kg) /height (meters)

ability to perform a movement in one direction in the shortest period of time
speed
ability of muscle to transfer energy and release maximum force at a fast rate
power
ability to move in different directios quickly using a combination of balance, coordination, speed, strength and endurance
agility
the amount of time it takes to respond to a stimulus
reaction time
use senses with body parts to perform motor tasks smoothly and accurately
coordination
