• questionnaire: allowed us to gather opinions on the fieldwork, we only asked 6 questions and they were to only 10 people
• traffic count: gives us idea of how busy the area is, traffic lights interfered with our data
• environmental survey: used our senses to rate the area, influenced by others in our group

• traffic count (bar chart): one variable, easy to read and plot
• environmental survey (radar): due to having 6 variables so it is easier to see the average
• questionnaire (sheet): had questions and answers so we could compare other peoples answers with each other

+ provides 1000 jobs for people so they earn an income
+ the local people have a better shopping experience now
- pollution is increasing due to the free parking
- other shops aren’t getting customers, 1/3 of the shops have closed down
