What are the safety guidelines that must be considered before and during the conduct of physical fitness testing?
- Consider medical condition
- Condition your body before the test
- Do not perform strenuous activities
- Check pulse rate before test
- Wear proper attire
- If dizzy or unwell, inform the professor
- Do not do the test unsupervised
It refers to the fitness of the whole person including physical, mental, social, emotional, and spiritual fitness.
