Physical fitness, social fitness, emotional fitness, mental fitness, and spiritual fitness.
Refers to the ability of an individual to perform his daily task efficiently without handing fatigue and has some extra reserves in case of emergency.

The ability of an individual to control his emotions or feelings.

The ability to cope with common problems of everyday living.
