This is the ability of the heart, or cardio and circulatory system (vascular) to supply oxygen to muscles for an extended period of time.
Cardiovascular Endurance
It refers to the maximum amount of force a muscle can exert.
Muscular strength
This refers to the ability of the muscles to work over an extended period of time without fatigue.
Muscular Endurance
It is a component of health-related fitness that refers to the ability of the body part to move at the joint in a full range of motion.
Flexibility
This refers to the proportion of lean body mass to fat-free body mass.
Body composition
It is the ability to shift the body in different directions quickly and efficiently.
Agility
This pertains to the skill-related fitness component, which is the ability to maintain stability in a static or when moving.
Balance
It is the ability to perform one maximum effort in the
shortest possible time. It is a product of both strength and speed.
Power
It is the ability to perform a movement in one direction in the shortest amount of time.
Speed
It is the ability to use the senses, such as sight, hearing, and breathing, together with the body parts in performing motor tasks smoothly and accurately.
