what is phonological awareness?
e knowledge of sounds (i.e. the sounds that letters make) and how they go together to make words.
what age should rhyme awareness emerge?
2-3years/ 24–30 months
When does ability to make rhyme emerge?
3-4 years- 30-36 months
What are the implications if child cannot produce rhyme at 30-36 months?
he child may struggle with recognising similarities in letter patterns in words (e.g. cat, hat, mat, bat)
