Ontological
1) Relating to the branch of metaphysics dealing with the nature of being

Hermeneutics
The branch of knowledge that deals with interpretation, especially of the Bible or literary texts
Eschatological

Relating to death, judgement, and the final destiny of the soul and of humankind
Ex: The eschatological question of where our soul goes after death is a hard one to grapple with, and a great way to cause a schism between friends of different religions.
Syllogism
A form of deductive reasoning where a conclusion is drawn based on two premises. The conclusion shares a factor with each premise, and the two premises have something in common not shared with the conclusion.
Ex:
Premise 1: all dogs are animals
Premise 2: all animals have 4 legs
Conclusion: all dogs have 4 legs

Phenomenology
Noun, the science of phenomena as distinct from the nature of being. I.E., an approach that concentrates on the study of consciousness and the objects of direct experience. It’s like a study of consciousness and human experience.

Idealism
Idealism is the metaphysical view that associates reality to ideas in the mind rather than to material objects. It lays emphasis on the mental or spiritual components of experience, and renounces the notion of material existence.

The doctrine that nothing exists but matter, and everything can be attributed to its movements and interactions.

The doctrine that all outcomes can be explained by the current ordering of the universe, and free will/choice does not exist.
