Phase 4: Victory Lap Phase Flashcards
So the last phase is the victory phase.
This is where you’ve really started winning in your career - you’ve come in and become a master of your craft. You’ve solidified your spot in your team and now you’re just working towards hitting new records within the organization you’re a part of.
You might have hit your first 10K month, maybe your first 15, 20K month. You might have even started getting leadership opportunities within the organization to be a lead closer, or a sales manager - the floodgates of growth opportunities have officially opened.
The fun part about our lifetime access to the community is that you get to start sharing those big wins, and seeing those who started with you start to have those wins happen for them as well.
This is where you’ll get to take a breath and congratulate yourself for all the work you put in. So just for clarity here… what’s important to us is ALIGNMENT
