Phase 1: Qualification Phase
So phase 1 is ramping up so you are qualified for the opportunities channel.
When you come in and work with us, the first thing we are going to do is get you ramped up to be qualified enough to land these high ticket sales roles where you have that earning potential you’re looking for.
This is important because a ton of sales people looking to transition assume they can come in and kill it, just to quickly realize it is a different selling style. You have to learn how to take your current sales skills and learn new skills to be able to efficiently sell to a stranger who’s got a problem they’re looking to get solved, within a 50 minute call.
And frankly, a lot of these high level companies really are looking for people who have either A that direct high ticket sales experience or B have had that training & coaching on filling the missing pieces within their skill to be able to be successful as a setter or closer.
To support you in ramping your skill up, we’ll pair you with a client success manager that will be holding your hand through the process especially during your 7 day sprint when you first come in.
