Awesome, so phase 3 is the ramping up phase once you’ve landed your role.
So now you’ve got the skill necessary to land these roles, you’ve got connected with these established companies, you’ve been able to land your dream role…. The next thing is we want to make sure you solidify your spot on the team.
Your first 30 days on this new offer will be where you want to go even harder on the resources we provide so you can get your skill up to the level it needs to be at. This is where you want to lean on the unlimited call reviews from our CB coaches, this is where you want to be hopping on those advanced live coaching calls for closers/setters on offers already (we have 10 a week),
and where you’ll want to leverage the community or open mock rooms so you can start meeting other like minded people that have those similar goals on ramping up as well. The community aspect will be HUGE towards pushing here in solidifying your spot.
The biggest issue we’ve seen is reps who find a way to get these opportunities on their own usually have a high turn rate because their not skilled enough to make it past ramp up.
That is why we have Phase 3 in CB to make sure you can win in ramp up, so you can solidify your spot on that team and eventually start to move up with their leadership opportunities.
