Architect call Contractor responsible for services to confirm status of commissioning.
Ian advises that the only item outstanding is the rebalancing of mechanical services at Phase 1. Otherwise, all of Phase 2 services commissioning is complete.

ETC (Architect) to confirm status of works from Contractor
QS recommends payment to Principal
