What is Fitness to practice?

A

GPhC considers pharmacy professional fit to practice when they:

  • can show they have SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, CHARACTER AND HEALTH to do their job safely
  • maintain the PROFESSIONAL REPUTATION

GPhC describes it as PERSON’S SUITABILITY TO BE ON THE REGISTER WITHOUT RESTRICTIONS.
