  • Fluid replacement, IV Repeat 250ml bolus as required
    PRN to achieve target SBP >90mmHG and HR <120bpm
    In traumatic brain injury, PRN and aim for SBP >100mmHg, no max dose whilst signs of hypovolaemia exist
  • Drug Dilution and preparation
    As per indicated on individual drugs, or as required to provide safe administration of IV/IO
  • TKVO
    10 drops/min or 30ml/hr to maintain patency of IV line

    10ml or as indicated on individual drugs, or as required to provide safe administration of IV/IO
