Atropine
Inhibits affects of acetylcholine on heart; increases ino/chronotropy in the event of too much parasympathetic stimulation

Brady: 0.5-1 mg
Organophz: 1-5 mg
Attenolol
Lowers blood pressure by antagonising affects of beta agonists; may decrease HR
!!CHF!!/!!HB!!/!!cardiogenic sk!!/!!low BP!!/!!No use in asthma pts on albuterol!!
5mg SIVP (wait 10 mins to repeat dose)
