MOA of Methotrexate
An antimetabolite which inhibits dihydrofolate reductase
MOA of Ciclosporin
immunosuppressant which decreases clonal proliferation of T cells by reducing IL-2 release. It acts by binding to cyclophilin forming a complex which inhibits calcineurin, a phosphatase that activates various transcription factors in T cells

phenytoin
salicylates (e.g. high-dose aspirin)
heparin
ethanol
Drugs affected by Acetylator status
isoniazid
procainamide
hydralazine
dapsone
sulfasalazine
CD20 monoclonal antibody
Rituximab
CD20 is expressed on B cells.
Screen for Hepatitis B before use
Natalizumab
a monoclonal antibody that targets α4-integrin.
Used in treatment of Multiple sclerosis and Crohn’s disease
Screen for Progressive multifocal leukoencephalopathy before use
TNF Inhibitors: Infliximab/Etanecept
Monoclonal antibody targeting TNF alpha.
Screen for Tuberculosis before use
