what is the definition of pharmaceutical care
Responsible provision of drug therapy for the purpose of achieving definite outcomes that improve a patient’s quality of life
what does responsible provision mean?
In providing medicines pharmacists share responsibility for the consequences to the patients
Legal responsibility to protect patients from harm
as overdose ,incorrectly dispensed item, sub optimal therapy and missing red flag can lead to harm to the patient
