- Increasing level and duration of action of neurotransmitter

- Nausea, diarrhea
- Orthostasis
- Urinary incontinence
- Myalgias
- Tremors

- NMDA Receptor agonist
- Slows influx of Ca

- Used in combination with cholinesterase inhibitors
- Dementia, alzheimers

- Dizziness, HA, confusion, constipation,
Tolterodine tartae (Detrol LA)- MOA
- Anticholinergic
- Relaxes bladder smooth muscle
- Inhibits involuntary contractions

- Overactive bladder
- Incontinence, except obstructive
Tolterodine tartae (Detrol LA)- AE/CI
- CNS effects (drowsy, confusion), dry mouth
- Anaphylaxis, angioedema

- Inhibits detrusor muscle contractions
