What does the 10th amendment say?
The state and the people retain any powers that are not specifically given to the federal government
What does the 15th amendment say?
It is the right of the citizens of the US to vote, and that should not be denied or abridged by any state due to race, color, or previous condition of servitude. Blacks are citizens and they can vote in every state
What is the 21st amendment?
This deals with the transportation and importation into any state for delivery or use of intoxicating liquors
