What does “CART AXIS P: axis not synchrinized” mean?

The x axis for the pex machine needs to reference (back and forth)

How do you synchrinize P axis (x axis)?

Cart Reference on panel then run to the controller and when the machine has gone forward all the way, then back and is about to go forward again, turn controller to Cart Jog and press yellow button once. If the machine starts to rock back and forth quicker you’ve done it wrong.

If the actuators are out on the side when they shouldnt be what might be wrong? What is a solution?

• The piston seal is not working properly which is letting air escape and push on the larger piston surface area keeping it open.
• Turning the piston may seal the piston sides and cause retraction

What is wrong with this picture when trying to reference the Pex?

The pin must be in the correct place when trying to reference the Pex. The same for both Chain 1 & 2. Both must be just poking out from behind the pillar

Can the siren go on for cart jog even if the cylinder perameters are not met?

In what order do you turn off and on the computer?

Off - Program Exit, computer shut down, power panel behind computer, power panel to the left, shuttle power panel

On - Power panel behind computer, panel to the left, shuttle power panel and wait.

If the Alarm “ Cart: Power Is Down” what could be the problem.

One of the gates is open on the program and the button Main start must be pushed.
