What could this alarm mean?
- Oil Air Drain Pump need to be primed
How do you prime the Oil Air Drain Pump?
Open the black cabinet door. Remove the screw plug immediately to your left. Fill with blue barrel, makino oil.
What does the Oil Air Drain Pump do?
Drains the spindle head of any leaked oil. Coolants, spindle bearing lube, cutting coolant anything.
What do you check the viscosity of the oil air lube during down PMs?
To see if the oil being sucked from the spindle has changed the properties of the Oil Air Drain Pump lube. All fluids sucked from the spindle are mixed with the Oil Air Drain Pump libe. This mixture also lubricates the pump to create a vaccum.
Is the Oil Air Drain Pump a vaccum?

How do you remove a tool and not put anything in it automatically?

- Means pallet is not open to be moved.

- Shittle will bring pallet to machine but not insert it.
- On operators computer right click machine and press open/close. Select open.
What code do you put in to disable the nozzle coolant? What about the opposite?
M9 = disable (stop)
M8 = enable (start)
Can coolant be discharged when the operator door is open?
No
Should you ever discharge coolant when a tool is not clamped in the spindle?
No, it could cause damage to the machine.
What is the pause code for discharge of all cutting fluid temporarily? What is the code for the restart of cutting fluid?
M312 = Suspend
M313 = Restart
Does Single Block the button stop spindle rotation and supply of cutting fluid?
No neither.
How do you restart the program after pressing Single Block?
Cycle [Start] button
Will the machine stop immediately after pressing Single Block in the middle of a operation?
No the machine will finish the block then stop
What does M6 command do?
Used to stop/restore cutting fluid supply, and exchange tools including spindle orientation.
