antisocial- individuals tend to have a deeply ingrained belief that they are inherently inadequate, leading to a more pervasive pattern of avoidance across various aspects of life not just specific social situations
social anxiety: often recognize their fear as irrational

If ODD is left untreated it results in conduct disorder which can lead to antisocial personality disorder early intervention is ideal

detachments from social relationships, restricted range of emotional expression

People have trouble with relationships, unusual behaviors and distorted thought patterns

acute discomfort with reduced capacity for close relationships. they are very comfortable in the thought perceptions

disregard and pattern of behavior that violates the rights of others. failure to conform to social norms (deceitfulness, personal profit or pleasure). lack of remorse.

instability of interpersonal relationships, self image, and affect. affects a persons ability to manage their emotions. (need 5+ criteria). Begins in early adulthood
mostly women who experience trauma but be mindful that men can also receive the diagnosis

People act in a dramatic emotional way to get attentions, impulsivity, need 5+ criteria for diagnosis. Relationships are more than wha they think they are. begins in early adulthood

long term pattern of having an exaggerated sense of self-importance an excessive need for admiration and a diminished ability to empathize with others. Need for admiration, lack of empathy, need 5+ criteria. Begins in early adulthood

Effects all areas of life by believing they are unworthy of connection begin in early adulthood

an excessive need for others to meet their emotional and physical needs, difficulty making independent decisions, need 5 + criteria, begins in early adulthood. go to great length to not loose relationships. they want others to take charge in their life.
feeling totally helpless they want others to assume/take responsibility
What are the components of obsessive compulsive personality disorder?
people are preoccupied with order, perfection, and control, need 4 + criteria diagnosis, preoccupied with details, perfectionism interferes with task completing (workaholic), begins in early adulthood. extreme high standards for themselves or others (my way) they struggle to delegate work to others and are upset when plans are disrupted. Perfection is necessary but not a problem.
