- Few pleasures or anhedonia
Schizotypal
- Messy and undesirable relationships
- Psychotic-LIKE symptoms
- Odd or bizarre thinking or behaviors
- Ideas of reference or false belief about random event to oneself. Usually dismissed by themselves.
- Unusual. unusual perceptual experience
Anti-Social Disorder
- Pattern of disregard for and violation of rights of others
- Occurring since age 15 and is at least 18 years
- Manipulative and no empathy nor remorse (with unemotional presentation)
- Impulsive of failure to plan ahead
Conduct Disorder
- Aggression to People and Animals
- Destruction of Property
- Deceitful or Theft
- 3 of the 15 must be present in the past 12 months with at least on criterion present in the past 6 months.
Borderline
- Mood and Relationships are unstable
- Poor self-image
- Engage in suicidal behavior
- Frantic efforts to avoid real or imagined abandonment
- Impulsivity that are potentially self-damaging
- Can be co-morbid with depression
Histrionic
Overly dramatic and almost acting
1. Uncomfortable if not the star
2. Provocative or sexually seductive interactions with others.
3. Rapid shift and shallow expression of emotions.
4. Considers relationships to be more intimate than they actually are.
Histrionic Co-occurs often with.
Antisocial personality disorder.
Narcissistic
- Grandiose sense of self-importance
- Preoccupied with fantasies of greatness
- I am special so I should be associated with special people
- Requests excessive admiration
- Entitled
- Exploitative and lacks empathy
- Believes that others are envious
Histrionic vs Narcissistic
- Easily influenced and long to fit in or get approval.
- Thinks they are above everyone else
Avoidant
- Sensitive to opinions of others
- Low-self esteem
- Asocial because they are interpersonally anxious and fearful of rejection
