Marked by inflexible, disruptive and enduring behaviour patterns that impair social and other functioning- whether the sufferear recognises that or not.

Borderline personality disorder
Learn to use unhealthy ways to obtain love and attention (cutting and outbursts)
Consists of a complicated set of learned behaviours & emotional responses to traumatic or neglectful environments in childhood
Rage or self harm help them to cope and use in non-traumatic situations
Antisocial personality disorder
Pattern of irresponsible & antisocial behaviour b ginning in childhood or adolescence
Disruption to work, lack of conformity to social norms, a tendency to be irritable & aggressive, financial problems, impulsivity , dishonesty, recklessness, inability to be responsible, difficulty in maintaining monogamous relationship and show lack of remorse.
