Why are fizzy cool drinks bad for your teeth?
They contain sugars and acids which break down and wear away tooth enamel over time. Holes can then develop which lead to toothache and gum infections
What can you do to look after your teeth
Brush teeth with toothpaste every morning and evening
Visit the dentist once a year for a check up of your teeth
Don’t eat too many sugary foods
Why should a facecloth and toothbrush be used by only one person
So that germs are not spread. Germs are commonly found on these items as they are used to clean parts of our bodies where germs like to live.
Why should we wash our bodies well after exercise
We perspire a lot when we exercise. We create warm, wet environments which germs like to live and breed in.
