Leadership

A

Easter camp simulating RAF IOT.
-Opportunity to show my leadership abilities and received feedback.
-Gave support and encouragement to the team example :
-Leadership exercise in an OASC manner
-Delivered a brief clearly and in an efficient manner as under time constraints and wanted to have as much time as possible to complete the task.
-Checked for understanding before beginning the exercise.
-At one point the plan was not working as well used my initiative by stopping the group and suggesting a different plan and asking for any other ideas to give others opportunity to express their ideas .
-I also maintained a physical distance so I could control the group effectively to fully focus my attention on leading the group.
During the camp we also were assigned to lead everyone participating, by marching from location to location and briefing on the next timings.
