Excluding CFA, why do you want to be in the restaurant industry?
It’s fun! My goal in life is to never work and the only way to do that is to truly love what I do. I love everything about it, but above all, I love the people on both sides of the counter.
What about the history and culture of CFA resonates with you?
Truett’s story resonates with me, as an entrepreneur myself, I know what it’s like to work from open to close and fight for your dream. Also, CFA sets the standard for excellence in the industry. I believe in giving your best effort 100% of the time.
