Treatment of Perforated Bowel:
urgent explorative laparotomy
omental graham patch: mobilized pedicle of greater omentum used
(Analgesic) & (Analgesic) are contraindicated in patients with suspected bowel obstruction.
Ketorolac (NSAID)
Opioids
