Anti H pylori drugs regimen
triple therapy : lansoprazole 30 mg + amoxicillin 1000mg + clarithromycin 500mg twice daily for 2 weeks.
quadruple therapy : cbs 120mg QID + tetracycline 500mg QID + metronidazole 400mg TDS + omeprazole 20mg BD.
GERD
PPIS (pantoprazole, lansoprazole, esmoprazole, omeprazole)
H2 antagonists ( cimetidine, ranitidine, famotidine, nizatidine)
antacids
sodium alginate
prokinetic drugs (metoclopramide, dompridone, cisapride, mosapride, itropride, levosulpiride, cinitrapide)
