How does people come into the marketing mix?

A

-attitudes and behaviours of target cs
-need to be tailored- eg if not v active on social media- don’t run campaign
-staff, partners, c’s- need knowledgeable and trained staff
-companies the producer works with eg distributers, PR agencies= need to share producer’s image and vision
-may require recourses eg wine maker/sales rep, masterclasses etc
