When considering partial penectomy, what do you need to consent patients for?
A
Also need to consent for possible total penectomy and possible perineal urethrosomy

What are the boundaries of an ILND?
A
Adductor longus medially, sartorious muscle laterally, inguinal ligament superiorly, apex of the triangle inferiorly

Who needs a node dissection in penile carcinoma?
A
All palpable nodes, pT2 or higher, G3, anyone with LVI (these are all high risk)

What’s different in a modified ILND?
A
Excludes the area lateral to the artery and spares the saphenous vein.

Is circumcision protective against penile cancer?
A
Only if performed before puberty - not protective if performed as an adult
