Preferred combination chemotherapy regimens penile cancer

TIP
Paclitaxel 175 mg/m2 IV over 3 hours on Day 1
Ifosfamide 1200 mg/m2 IV over 2 hours on Days 1–3
Cisplatin 25 mg/m2 IV over 2 hours on Days 1–3 Repeat every 3 to 4 weeks

5-FU + cisplatin (category 2B)
Continuous infusion 5-FU 1000 mg/m2/d IV on Days 1–5
Cisplatin 100 mg/m2 IV on Day 1
Repeat every 3 to 4 weeks

Radiosensitizing agents and combinations (Chemoradiotherapy) penile cancer

• Preferred Cisplatin alone, or in combination with 5-FU

* Alternate options Mitomycin C in combination with 5-FU Capecitabine (for palliation)
