- induce parties to break contracts
- engaging In fraud
- making misrepresentations

Penalties for Violations
A
Violating KREC’s rules and regulations can result in the following:
- revocation of license
- suspension of license
- restriction of license
- censure of license
- misdemeanors with fines and imprisonment
