side effects of doxycycline ?
oesophagitis oesophageal ulcer diarrhoea headache dyspnoea hypotension tachycardia peripheral oedema
side effects of metronidazole ?
myalgia dry mouth nausea oral disorders taste metallic vomiting
side effects of ofloxacin ?
tendon damage
small risk of aortic aneurysm, dissection
what drugs shouldn’t be concomitantly taken with ofloxacin (quinolone) ?
steroids
what is fits hugh curtis syndrome ?
adhesions form between the liver capsule and the anterior abdominal wall on a background of PID
causes RUQ pain, pelvic pain, adnexal tenderness

diagnosis = laparoscopy treatment = antibiotics
