Tell me about yourself
- I started off as a SEA internship at Reprise where I analysed advertising campaigns and rebuilt them.
- In that role I built top-performing campaigns that saw their conversion rates grow with 150%, which was a major accomplishment. This allowed me to restructure my internship to a traineeship and focus on consulting.
- I decided to continue with a MSc. and changed jobs to my current position as head of customer support. There I cut down supports costs.

- In my current position, I had to influence my managers of the direction we were steering into.

Tell me about a recent crisis you handled
- In my current position, a registration system for handling IDs stopped working
- In my internship, a colleague was on holiday and there was a deadline that shifted forward
- In my internship, a colleague did not communicate about an upcoming deliverable which led to having four days left till deadline.

- In my studies, I handled a crisis poorly

- I started my own business focusing on crypto
