Small White Papules on nose, cheeks, forehead, chin. -Self resolve
Milia
Petechial rash to palms/soles. Sudden onset of myalgia, severe HA, photophobia, ABD pain
Rocky Mountain Spotted FEver
Croyza, fever, slapped cheek rash, lacy reticular rash on body.
Erythema infectiosum (5th Dz)
3 days high fever, but child appears well. Pink, blancheable maculopapular rash that begins on trunk and moves to face (only one moving in this direction).
Roseola (6ths Dz)
Warty, papillomatous plaques with linear array. Flesh toned/yellow/brown.
Epidermal Nevi
Hemangioma Treatment
Prednisone or propanolol
Heat Rash. Blockage of eccrine sweat glands. Flushed macular appearance. Neck, face, scalp, diaper area.
Miliaria.
Post. cervical and post auricular LAD. Maculopaular pink/light red rash starting on face–>extremities
Rubella (German Measles)
Lacelike bluish/reticular discoloration on trunk/extremities. Usually d/t temperature and will disappear with warming.
Mottling
Large, darker, brown nevi w/w/o Hair
Melanocytic nevi
3Cs: Cough, coryza, conjunctivitis. Also, Koplick spots, maculopaular rash starting in hairline moving to extremities
Rubeola (measles)
