Both ahve joint laxity, hypermobility, aortic aneurysms, marfan has tall stature, dislocatin of lens, pectus carinatum while ehlers danlos has hyperextensibility and fragile connective tissue resulting in easy brusing

Genetic disorder due to small deletion on paternal copy of chromosomes taht sees prenatal hyponatremia, postnatal growth delay, developmental disabilities, difficult feeding, andeventually voracious appetite after infancy leading to obesity with aggressive behavior related to feeding
