- Affects age 3mo-3 years
- Barky cough, acute onset stridor
- Treat with nebulized epinephrine, systemic steroids

A
- Acute onset wheeze
- Mean age 2 years
- More common in right mainstem bronchus
- OFTEN NO HX OF CHOKING

What are the red flags with pediatric stridor?
A
- Present at birth
- Biphasic
- Abnormal voice
- Poor feeding/growth
Investigate with laryngoscopy or bronchoscopy
