A

-Provide ventilations 40 breaths/min
-If inadequate and HR< 100 and 30 seconds add 100% O2
-HR< 60; chest compressions at 120/min 3:1
-HR still below 60
-IV/IO
-Epi .01 mg/kg (1:10,000); repeat as needed q 3-5 min
-Consider ETT
MED CONTROL
- NS Bolus
- BGL
- Dextrose 10%
- Needle D
- Epi 1:1,000
- Atropine
- Sodium Bicarb (4.2%)
- Monitor
