O: clavicular- anterior medial clavicle/sternocostal- anterior sternum superior six costal cartilages, external oblique aponeurosis
I: lateral intertubercular sulcus
N: lateral and medial pectoral nerves (C5,6,7,8, T1)
V: pectoral branch of thoracoacromial trunk
A: adducts & medically rotates humerus, draws scapula anteriorly and inferiorly
