- I: radial tuberosity and fascia of forearm

- A: supinate and flex forearm

- O: distal half of anterior humerus
- I: coronoid process and tubercle of ulna
- N: musculocutaneus n (C5,6) & radial n (C5,7)
- V: brachial a.
- A: flexes forearm

Triceps
A
- O: long head- infraglenoid tubercle / lateral head- posterior surface of humerus, superior to radial groove / medial head- posterior surface of humerus, inferior to radial groove
- I: proximal end of olecranon & forearm fascia
- N: radial nerve (C6,7,8)
- V: profunda brachii (deep artery of arm)
- A: extend arm, resist dislocation
