performance.
OVEREXERTION OR OVERTRAINING
an alarming rise in body temperature, which is an effect of exercising
in a very humid environment.
HYPERTHERMIA
Is the excessively low body temperature, characterized by
uncontrollable shivering, loss of coordina5on, and mental confusion.
HYPOTHERMIA
consists of basic movements that target both the lower and upper
body, helping to build endurance and strength.
Aerobic dance
Circular mo5on of the arms as if s5rring a large pot, paired with side-to-side
head bounces.
Cabbage Patch:
Involves stepping side to side while swinging arms, crea5ng a smooth,
swaying mo5on.
Reebok:
Sharp, jerky movements (popping) combined with fluid rocking mo5ons.
Pop Rock/Bboy:
A simple, bouncing move with the arms extended upward or to the sides,
with rhythmic bounces of the knees.
Wop:
A fast, bouncy dance performed in 2/4 5me, with quick steps and a hop.
Polka:
A flowing dance with smooth gliding steps, adjusted to the 2/4 rhythm.
