Flexion: 120 Extension: 30 Abduction: 45-50 Adduction: 20-30 Internal Rot: 35 External Rot: 45
0-5 power scale
0: ZERO: no muscle contraction
1: TRACE :muscle contracts, no joint movement
2: POOR: complete ROM without gravity
3: FAIR: complete ROM with gravity
4: GOOD: complete ROM against gravity with some resistance
5: NORMAL: complete ROM against gravity with full resistance

ankle integrated function tests
Pulses.
Capillary refill.
Sensation: great toe web space (deep peroneal nerve).
Sensation: mid, lateral, medial plantar surface
special tests knee
Valgus/varus. Anterior/posterior drawer signs. Lachman's test. McMurray's test. Patellar apprehension test. Gait.
ankle strength testing
Ankle dorsiflexion.
Foot plantarflexion.
Inversion/eversion.
Great toe flexion/extension.

Thompson Test (achilles)
