Rotterdam criteria
Need 2 of 3 criteria
- Oligomenorrhoea, anovulation
- Clinical or biochemical signs of hyperandronism
- Polycystic ovaries on US

What relevant findings in the history and examination would suggest PCOS?
A
Irregular menses that started in teenager years.
Iregular menses that start after 30 years old less likely to be PCOS.
Clinical signs of hyperandronism - acne, hirsuitism, male pattern hair lose.

Define oligomenorrhoea?
A
Less than 9 menses in one year

More than 3 months without period
