Need 2 of 3 criteria

  1. Oligomenorrhoea, anovulation
  2. Clinical or biochemical signs of hyperandronism
  3. Polycystic ovaries on US

What relevant findings in the history and examination would suggest PCOS?

A

Irregular menses that started in teenager years.
Iregular menses that start after 30 years old less likely to be PCOS.
Clinical signs of hyperandronism - acne, hirsuitism, male pattern hair lose.
