Those from black, asian or mixed ethnicity 14X more likely to be victim of racially motivated incidents
Where are the highest rates of victimization found linked to social class?
- Among ‘hard pressed’- unemployed, LT sick, low income
- Areas of high physical disorder
- Areas with high levels of deprivation
