Dorsal Recumbent Position
Patient lies on back with knees bent and feet flat on the exam table.
Lithotomy position
Patient lies on back with buttocks on the edge of the exam table, legs elevated and resting in stirrups.

Patient lies face up on the table with upper body elevated at a 45-90 degree angle

Fowler’s position at a 45 degree angle.
