  • General impression (age, sex, stable or unstable)
  • AVPU
  • Chief complaint (why did you call?)
  • Verbalize life threats or lack of life threats
  • Assess airway, respiratory rate, VT
  • Find pulse oximetry
  • Use proper oxygen therapy
  • Asses circulation: major bleeding, pulse, skins
